Fire recovery for Scoops fish and chips

As you may know we unfortunately had a fire rage through our shop on the 15th of June. We are hoping to rebuild as soon as possible, and start making those delicious home made chips again. The owners do have insurance for the business, just going through the lengthy process of having it approved. The building in which Scoops was run was leased from another person. With just coming out of lock-down, then the fire. Any help will be greatly appreciated thank you.
