Flooded friend with no insurance
Please help uninsured flood victim

My friend, Koyal’s home and cafe were completely flooded on 27 January 2023. She had knee-deep water throughout, and all of her carpet and furniture was ruined. A few days later, after further heavy rain, her ceiling has been falling in. More rain is predicted. She has no insurance. She cannot replace what she has lost, and feels bad that she can’t provide a safe home for her sons. Please help.

Since Koyal lost her home and business last year, she has faced a series of additional challenges and hardships. She is currently providing end-of-life care to her mother and is therefore unable to work. Any kind of support you could provide to her would make a huge difference to Koyal. She is a beautiful, caring person and it is unfair that life has dealt her so many cruel blows.
