First Care Packages Delivered
30 March 2026Today was a really special and meaningful day for me. Together with my second baby, Scarlett, we delivered the first 10 care packages to Auckland Hospital.
We took this photo in the Wāhi Mārie room at the Women’s Assessment Unit — a space where many women bring their babies into the world. It holds so many powerful and emotional moments, which made today even more significant.
The lovely woman in the photo is Sarah Stables, a perinatal loss specialist midwife. She will be helping distribute these care packages to mums who truly need support during an incredibly difficult time.
It has been a very moving day, filled with a mix of emotions. I feel so grateful and proud to be part of something that can bring even a small amount of comfort to other mums.
I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to every single person who contributed to these boxes. This would not have been possible without your kindness, generosity, and support.
The next drop-off will be at North Shore Hospital later in April — I’ll keep you posted 🤍
