Free Park Yoga

The purpose of Free Park Yoga is to make YOGA accessible to everyone who might not be able to afford a studio membership or tried yoga before but felt self-conscious in the yoga class or simply anyone who thinks to be able to do yoga you need to be flexible. Guess what? As long as you breathe, you can do yoga.

We are using these classes as a platform to help people connect with nature and therefore planting the thought of preserving nature.

Regular classes are held in Victoria Park on Tues/Thus 12.15-13.00pm, New Lynn on Wednesdays 12.00-13.00pm. For special events such as Free Park Yoga + Compost Collective Special yoga classes or Beach Clean ups head to our Facebook page.

The donations will go towards paying teachers to travel to different locations in Auckland to teach Park Yoga for free. The more donations Free Park Yoga receives, the more places the teachers can travel to and promote the benefits of yoga.
