Just a quick update for those who might like to know that Freyja is back to loving life and seems to be perfectly OK with the fact she has no tail, still tries to chase and catch something that isn't there, but that will probably never stop!
She is doing great, thanks to your kindness and generosity.
Freya had her last post surgery check up at the vets yesterday and had the stitches removed. Given the all clear but with close monitoring of the wound site. Today she is out enjoying the sun, having a stretch of her legs and burning up some energy following a very quiet and low key 10 days.
Thank you to everyone who has kindly supported us, it is lovely to know such caring and generous people are out there.
Freyja is recovering well, struggling to rest and the 'cone is shame' is causing a few spacial awareness issues around the house 😆. A check up at the vets this Friday to make sure the stitches look clean and holding together and the wound site healing.
