Ragnar’s recovery is going really well! His wound is healing nicely and there’s no more bleeding. 💪

He still can’t go to the park just yet, but in about two weeks he’ll finally be free to run around again. 🐕💨

Thank you all so much for your love and support — it truly means the world to us! ❤️

  • Update: Ragnar’s Surgery

      20 August 2025

Yesterday, after Ragnar was given anesthesia, he could barely walk but still tried so hard to reach Moi. He fell, then stood back up again. Even though it was just the medicine, his determination really touched us.

At another clinic, we were once told our only choices were euthanasia or amputation. Thanks to your support, Ragnar got the surgery and is still here with us.

We are so grateful for all the love you’ve shown. Without you, we couldn’t have made it this far. Thank you also to the vet clinic for letting us pay in installments—it means so much.

  • We can’t wait any longer—Ragnar has to undergo amputation.

Last night around midnight, we heard him chewing on something. When we turned on the light, we saw he had torn off his bandage and was licking his wound, which caused heavy bleeding.

This morning, the vet kindly arranged for him to be the very first surgery of the day. We are deeply grateful to the vet, and to all of you for your love and kindness towards Ragnar.

If you would like to support Ragnar’s surgery and recovery, every little bit truly helps. We are so thankful for your generosity and care.

Our brave dog Ragnar keeps wagging his tail despite his injured, bleeding leg.

He will undergo amputation surgery tomorrow to stop the pain and give him a chance at a happy life.

Vet bills are overwhelming, but every bit of support helps us keep Ragnar strong and smiling.

Thank you for standing with him. ❤️
