    💙 Community Update – Thank You!

    We are incredibly grateful for the amazing support we’ve received from our Marlborough community over the past weeks.

    Thanks to everyone who has bought feijoas, shared our posts, or simply stopped by to donate, Tiago has raised $1,000 just from feijoa sales alone. Because of this, we’ve been able to reduce our fundraising goal by another $1,000 — every little step brings him closer to Barcelona!

    He was also lucky to be featured on the front page of the Blenheim Sun, which helped increase awareness and brought in more donations through this page. Thank you to everyone who has supported him in any way — it truly means so much to our family.

    We are also very thankful for a generous donation of approximately 60kg of honey, which Tiago will now be selling as part of his fundraising efforts.

    At the moment, we still have plenty of feijoas available, so we’re now focused on selling the remaining fruit, as well as starting with the honey sales.

    Hi everyone! 👋

    We have some truly wonderful news to share with all of you today. Our family has been working incredibly hard to make Tiago’s dream of attending the Barça Academy in Spain a reality, and recently, we hit a massive milestone.

    We participated in the Multicultural Festival here in Blenheim with our own Choripán Stall. It was a day filled with hard work and amazing community spirit. We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the fundraiser was a massive success! Thanks to everyone who stopped by to enjoy a choripán and support us, we managed to raise $2,000 independently outside of this platform.

    Seeing the community get behind Tiago was heartening. Federico was busy at the grill all day, and Tiago was right there helping out. Because of this success, we have decided to lower our Givealittle goal by $2,000, as we are now significantly closer to the final amount needed for the trip.

    The work doesn’t stop here! Keep an eye out if you are in the a Redwoodtown neighbourhood—Tiago will be setting up his annual Feijoa Stall at our front gate very soon! 🍈

    We want to say a massive thank you to every person who has donated, shared our link, or bought a choripán. We are one step closer to Barcelona, and we couldn't do it without you!
