Funding Keytruda for Pene
Helping out a friend who has quite a struggle ahead.
Whangarei, Northland
Pene has just been diagnosed with cancer. She is to be on chemotherapy for 6 months. In addition she is also having Keytruda an unfunded (for this type of cancer) immunotherapy drug. She started on it this week. Keytruda will be funded for some individuals from October but her Oncologist said for best results she needs to start immediately. This means she has to self fund for 3 months. The cost for these 3 months is $50,000.
I have started this page to hopefully help out and lessen this rather large amount.
If anyone is able to help with this fundraising effort, even if its a small donation, it would be much appreciated.

Thankyou so much to everyone donating an amazing amount. Progress is good. Completed 4 weeks of chemo and this week the second keytruda. Long way to go but remaining positive and aiming for a complete response. Thanks Pene
