Hello friends,
Rātā is recovering slowly but surely from her surgery. She’s still on bed rest with a short 5 minute walk per day. She’s having lots of rest & back on her favourite bean bag.

Rātā is now home from surgery, unfortunately she’s not doing so well,(not eating or drinking) but the surgery and meds are a lot for a wee girl and hopefully she perks up a bit soon. There’s a long road ahead for her recovery, she’s not able to walk far or be left unattended for the next 3 weeks, then it’s Physio, hydrotherapy and small walks as she builds up her strength again.

Rātā is having her surgery today, thank you all again for your generous donations. The little one was very hesitant to walk through the doors & had a bark at the staff! Fingers crossed for a successful procedure. She’s got her teddy for comfort post op. 🥰
