Give hope and help to fund a trip of a lifetime!

Eva is an extremely strong and resiliant german wife and mother of two daughters, Sandra & me (Stephie). She has brought us up with all the love she had and still is our best friend and support in times needed.

- Around 30 years ago she was diagnosed with Bechterew's disease (or ankylosing spondylitis), a fairly rare form of rheumatism. Because the doctors found it relatively early she is on good medication and has only got small restrictions in her movements to this date.

- A few years ago however she was also diagnosed with Arthritis, which mainly affect her hands and feet, so she is now restricted in using her hands for fiddly things. Because of that she had to stop work because she just couldn't do the things she was supposed to do anymore.

- In 2015 my mother had to undergo the worst surgery a human can experience when she got diagnosed with arteriosclerosis ( calcification of her arteries) and had to have open heart surgery with a double bypass. In the same year she also found out he had diabetes, which made her put on around 20 kg of which she already lost 12kg so far.

- To top it all off , around 3 weeks ago (September 2017) she was diagnosed with throat cancer.

She has to undergo surgery on the 24th October followed by chemo therapy. We will then find out if the cancer has spread into her lymph nodes.

With my mum not being able to work and participate to my parents monthly income, my parents haven't had a holiday in years, my dad is stressed, overworked and just simply needs a break.

As you can imagine my mother has been in a lot of pain during her life, in and out of hospital, doctors appointments and is currently taking a lot of different medication.

They have been through enough rough times in their life and we think enough is enough!

We can't afford to pay for everything ourselves so please help us to raise funds to get them to NZ and Rarotonga, to create a holiday of a lifetime for both Eva & Klaus and to attend their daughters wedding in October 2018 because they absolutely deserve it!
