The iconic Rangitata River is dying; we need your help

    Thank you for all of the donations to date, they have allowed us to continue the appeal to date, helping cover costs as they accumulate.

    We hope to be able to give an update in the next little while as to where we are at, these processes do take a bit of time to work through, please bear with us.

  • Awaiting the river to drop and Tax update

    Greetings from Future Rivers - Continual small freshes in the river has meant the Lidar Sediment study has been delayed, ideally river flows need to be around the 50 cumec mark to capture enough detail, each time the river gets close old man Nor West dumps more rain in the headwaters - patience will get us there!

    Good news as the Trust has now achieved Donee Status meaning going forward, donations are tax deductible :)
