Gabi has been selected in the NZ U16 Secondary School Girls Football team, touring USA 2020.
We are looking for support from the family, friends, football community and local business. To cover tour costs.
Northland
Gabi Hislop is a 15 year old, year 10 student at Kerikeri High school. Gabi has capped off an amazing year, achieving selection in the NZ U16 Secondary Schools Football Team. The NZ U16 team are travelling to the USA in April 2020.
Gabi's goal is to gain a football scholarship to a US College and ultimately become a professional footballer. This is the start of that dream.
Gabi has played her football for Northland since she was 10 years old and has represented Northern Football Federation (NFF) since she was 11 years old. She currently plays her football for the Northland Women's team.
Gabi has captained NFF at U12, U13, U14 and recently was named in the NFF U16 Girls, for their upcoming National Age Group Tournament in Wellington 11-15 December.
Gabi's family has given a lot to local grassroots football, with Dad, Richard coaching junior and youth football at Kerikeri FC and at Kerikeri High School. Over the years he has coached hundred's of local kids.

Gabi Hislop is my 15 year old daughter. We are fundraising towards a New Zealand U16 Secondary School Girls Football tour to the USA in April 2020.
Use of funds
The funds raised will go towards the $7200 tour cost. This includes flights, accommodation, food, apparel, team physio, travel insurance, etc.

US Tour update 1 April 2020
Thank you to all our family and friends whom donated to Gabi's football fundraising effort.
Naturally, given the current worldwide epidemic occurring, football seems insignificant.
The u16 NZ Secondary School Girls Football team have postponed the US tour until October 2020. We are hopeful it will go ahead.
