    Yesterday, after a week of bad sleep and uncomfortable compression, I saw my new chest for the first time.

    Someone I follow recently said that when they saw their own new flat chest, it didn't feel surprising, or shocking - it felt completely natural. That is how I felt. I looked down and I thought yes, that is me. That is how it should be.

    Being able to walk through the streets of Porto again, this time comfortable in my body, I feel immense gratitude to you all for your generosity. Thank you for giving me this gift that will last the rest of my life 💗

  • One day out - I only got here with help

    My top surgery countdown app says one day left, and I am lying in my bed in Portugal, with one sleep left between me and my goal. I would not have gotten to this point without community. Each of you that donated helped immensely, and I will never quite know how to thank you properly.

    A year ago when I came out publicly, this seemed like an unattainable peak, one I was sure would take years to reach. I have been continuously moved by how generous my community is, and surprised by the gifts of strangers.

    I only got here with your help, and I want to thank you so so much for that.

    I will make another update on the other side, but for now, 💗
