    It’s been a crazy couple of weeks, fundraising has been in full swing, with a huge push at our local horse trial last weekend where my wonderful hubby Chris cooked his way through $1700 of burgers and bacon &egg rolls, not to mention my famous brownie!! Most of the trip details are coming together now, flights, accomodation , entries, stabling all booked! Horse and human uniforms have been ordered and I’m now starting to introduce Breeze to her Australian menu! Obviously there are no complaints from her, she’s Irish, food is food!!! More fundraising sausage sizzles this weekend, and next weekend we are packing up and heading to HOYS!!! Thank you to every single person that has donated! We still have a way to go, but you have all helped us get a step closer to achieving our dream 🤩 THANK YOU from me and Breeze.

  • What a week!!

    Well what a few weeks it’s been!! Started with horse/ human flights, logistics for 10 horses/ponies, pick up times, flight times to coincide with humans very early starts, preparing for flights and then a quick trip to the airport to be in Sydney in time to collect the unicorn on arrival!! All of this along, with entries, stable/powered site bookings, actually booking a caravan (mine field!!) then its team uniform, horse uniform, horse luggage 🤯. But the upside is, we have amazing knowledgable people, who are super supportive to help along the way!! Thank god.

    Fundraising is a bit slow, lots of plans for things to come, so watch this space! V8 raffles are slowly moving, next raffle is for the Irish horse enthusiast and a chance to breed their own Breeze!! Super exciting!!

    We have back by popular demand a 2nd practice SJ day, which is fab, also a huge sausage sizzle/BBQ, cold drinks and amazing baking at the BOP horse trail next month!!

    Mean while the 🦄 is taking all thing in her stride, she doesn’t understand what all the fuss in about!! Let’s hope she’s this laid back when sure realising she is leaving on a jet plane!!

  • Happy New Year!!

    2025 is going to be an exciting year!! Over the weekend we ran our first fundraiser event, a practice showjumping day at our local pony club, with the amazing support of local riders and Chris cooking the sausage sizzle/burgers/bacon rolls we raised $1500!!! So we are slowly getting there, every little bit helps!! Thank you again fir everyone’s support, we are really feeling the love ❤️

  • Breezes update!!

    Hello friends, after a wee wobble yesterday due to someone nasty comments, Breeze and I are back on track!! Registration and entries for the Sydney Grand Nation Show will be going in over the next couple of days!! Thank you all so much for your support, it really does mean the world to me.
