Get Harrison some new wheels

Harrison is my 15 year old son who has recently started a full time job after difficulty at school with his learn difficulty's an aniexty. Harrison really wanted a e -scooter so he saved up $1600 on his own to buy one this was his pride an joy he named it Shelia he used it to get to an from work ,.last week while out riding Shelia he was hit by a speeding car thankfully he only received minor injuries but had to spend time in Ashburton hospital getting x-rays etc,. Because the driver didn't.l leave details an we couldn't prove he was speeding he was not liable to replace Harrisons scooter so Harrison is busy saving to buy a new scooter any help would be greatly appreciated
