The Honourable Phil Twyford sent Mitchell Fels some words of encouragement in his Givealittle cause after reading the recent Stuff article!
Check out this excellent piece from Newshub on our Givealittle cause for Mitchell!
Newshub spoke with Mitchell, Mitchell's mum Jan, Vinny Dunn and Reuben de Jong at an IPW live event in Auckland last night!

We've been collecting quotes from travel agencies for flights to the U.S. for the Fels family and they're coming in at around $9,500 - $14,000 PER PERSON.
This was not unexpected!
Do you, or does anyone you know, have some key contacts within the travel industry who may be able to help secure a discount or sponsor travel?
We're hoping Air New Zealand may even come to the party once they hear Mitchell's story!
Please head to our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/getmitchelltowrestlemania/) and DM us if you can help!
Thanks!!

Former IPW New Zealand Heavyweight Champion and now supplements king, Roger Ventura has gotten behind the cause!
From Roger's Facebook page:
Mitchell Fels has supported NZ Wrestling for 14 years including attending almost every show I've ever competed on; Mitchell sat ringside when I won my 2nd Commonwealth Wrestling Championship back in 2014. It meant the world to me having him there.
Mitchell has a degenerative muscular disorder called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and wasn't expected to live past 20 years of age - he is now 24 years old.
His mum Jan Fels told me Mitchell lives for wrestling & it has been a huge motivating factor for him to keep fighting every day past what doctors predicted.
Mitchell's dream is to attend Wrestlemania 35 in New Jersey & given his health & medical limitations it's not going to be cheap. There's a good group of people from Impact Pro Wrestling New Zealand being lead by my former wrestling club-mate Vinny Dunn to raise the money needed to give Mitchell the Wrestlemania trip he deserves.
Myself, my wife Kylie Ventura, my business partner Moe ElMoussawi & our entire Xtreme Nutrition team are proud to be sponsoring this effort & it’s a real honor to be a part of this journey for Mitchell & his family.
Below is the Givealittle link where donations can be made as well as a recent Stuff.co.nz article outlining the awesome effort made pushing to get this great guy to Wrestlemania 35.
Thank you Mitchell for inspiring all of us & thank you for what you have done for New Zealand Wrestling brother 👊🏽💪🏽💙
