To be honest it has not been easy trying to juggle work, kids, home and training.
It has been 3 tough months🥵and I am super proud of my effort.

The last couple of days have definitely been challenging for me to fit in my training around the children and work.
Got a couple of short ones in to keep some miles on those legs💪🏻
Had my better half❤️ accompany me on one of them too.
Christchurch was showing off some great weather today. It was hot but beautiful and sunny 🌞 I clocked some serious miles even though it was a busy school holiday week with the kids.

School drop offs and then a run…Got my Monday off to a cracker of a start.
I am going to be in so much trouble with my trainer Greg King🫣 “pace too fast- heart rate too high” he will say.
