Our Annual Fun Run Fundraiser! ** PLEASE ENSURE YOU LEAVE CLASS NUMBER AND STUDENT NAME YOU WISH TO DONATE TO**

During Term 4 all students will be collecting sponsorship for the annual school Fun Run. On Thursday 30th of November every child will then complete the Fun Run around the streets of the Glenavon community.
Purpose
1. Promoting an active healthy, lifestyle through consistent physical activity – classes will be training for the event.
2.Discovering the champion cross country runners from each year level at school.
3.Fundraising for the over and above activities, events and projects we like to undertake here at Glenavon School.
About us
We are a growing, multicultural school in Blockhouse Bay with big dreams. Our aim is for every child to reach their full potential and we have a proud record of high achievers. We acknowledge that success comes from a strong link between home and school and we work hard to maintain our strong community partnerships.
Our focus is strongly on student achievement; not just in reading, writing and maths, but in all areas of the curriculum.
Use of funds
What's are we fundraising for?
- A basketball half court with a new hoop
- A big sand pit for the junior school classes
- The development of the intermediate campus outdoor space. Including: outdoor tables and chairs, concrete table tennis tables, outdoor bean bags and more
