A van would enable Grace Foundation to transport their residents to their courses.
Auckland
Grace Foundation has been operation since 2007, www.gracefoundation.co.nz . They currently provide residence to +60 men & women, 2 women’s refuge (solo parent and 3 teenage children) and a family home (with an aged care parent). It is a service predominately focused on ex-prisoners that without the type of service Grace provides, would either remain incarcerated or be homeless.
A recent residency is the creation of a safe haven at 2 Stanley St. Parnell.
The majority of women in our care and those taking up residence at Grace Parnell are sadly victims, have suffered deep trauma and require a safe haven to reclaim their self-esteem and confidence to rebuild their lives. Lives that are further complicated with children that are in the care of Oranga Tamariki and Whanau.
It is also a two-levelled premise that provides a unique residence, learning centre and commercial opportunity, where all of the Grace core wraparound services will be conducted under the one roof.
I am supporter of the Grace Foundation and specifically the Grace Women's Residence in Parnell. The company that I am a shareholder of, RDT Pacific, is a neighbour and we are looking to welcome Grace Foundation into the Parnell Community.
Grace Foundation are looking for transport for our Women’s Residence. We are looking for 1 van, 10-12 seater, that enable their women residents to be transported to their courses.
