From Sara:
Its been a tough battle to say the least over the last decade in my life, after working in a oyster factory for 30 years, while raising my two children (now adults) as a single mother, I was given the heartbreaking news I had stage 4 cancer, therefore i had to stop work and face the terrifying reality I had been given.
After fighting with every bit of heart and soul, having a macestomy I beat the odds and was given a second chance at life with a bit of a bump in the road then being diagnosed osteoporosis and lupus, making life that much more difficult, i adjusted to a new limited life the best i could I then moved into my new home for a fresh start, in the last 10 yrs I have been blessed with 6 grand babies who i love completely, even having 3 of them live with me in my home for 4 years!
On Feb 4th this home i had created completely burnt down, with a life time of precious sentimental belongings, memories, things such as a little boat my beloved father who i was very close to had built by hand for the children before he sadly passed away just over a year ago and just everything I had ever worked for over my years, just burnt to the ground. The only thing I got out with was the nighty I was wearing.
I have lost everything, having no contents insurance either.. But I have not lost my life and I am grateful for this, but every day is now a challenge with having to start all over again. I am here asking for any help and support with this heartbreaking time please.
Daughter of Sara- I will be receiving the funds on her behalf
To rebuild my life again and get into my a new house to make it a home for myself and my loved ones.
