The Sydney tournament is over and our young people all performed extremely well. A number of our team achieved placings; it was an outstanding effort and great reward for all the hard training they had done!

Our amazing students are working hard preparing for Sydney. The small details are being worked through... speed and accuracy in their katas and point sparring. Blood, sweat and tears are being shed in the pursuit of perfection!

The school holidays are with us and our students will be taking time over Christmas to reflect on a busy year inside and outside of the dojo, but don't worry... our students eyes remain firmly fixed on the goal of winning in Sydney.

Our students are training hard and making every day count on their journey toward Sydney 2024. Each day is about building the strength of mind and body though hard training, enabling them to constantly improve and become better karate-ka. Our Student training group last Sunday morning were a great example to all!
