YOUR WAY TO DONATE: Valour x Social Project! Showing up is the first step to standing up for our youth of New Zealand :)

Wellington

Valour is about facing life's challenges with inner strength and community support, especially in mental health battles. It recognises the power in admitting vulnerability and seeking help, emphasising that struggles are often fought internally.

Social Project is a lifestyle club dedicated to personal well-being, offering everything from workouts to recovery. We cherish our community and aim to extend that support across Aotearoa, understanding that everyone has their own challenges.

Together, Valour and Social Project are collaborating with I Am Hope for Gumboots Friday on November 1st to support New Zealand's youth.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

We’ll have 7 unique classes (5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm), each incorporating our “rep” exercise to connect with mental health struggles.

HOW IT WORKS

Every dollar you donate equals one rep! We’ll share the exercises soon - think burpees, block runs, or something spicy! If we don’t reach our rep goal by the 5:30pm class, the Group Training Room will stay open to finish strong.

Everyone is welcome & you must register to save your spot : https://shorturl.at/t6CIG

We greatly appreciate any donations!
