Gutted by simple idiots

Thanks to these thieves we now have to fund ways to replace stolen items and fix up damage caused by them

Manawatu / Whanganui

Over the covid lockdown our premises were broken into with several windows smashed and several items were stolen. Our Insurance policy requires access of $500.00 for building and $1000.00 for contents. They used paving stones and a pile of rocks to break in. The items stolen were items our elderly had fundraised for . It was a fruitless break in and theses idiots have taken away all the hard work our members have done over the past year, not to mention wanton damage.

About us

We are here for the welfare of our elderly in the community providing companionship

Use of funds

The money will be spent on replacing stolen items and damaged windows, plus helping to update security system. Any monies left over as a non profit charity we will donate to another charity such as St. Johns or V Fire Brigade in our community
