I have been fortunate to have had some of the most gifted teachers and mentors, who have encouraged me to apply for my dream in life – an audition for at Berklee College of Music. I am honoured to have been accepted for study at the Boston campus in the United States, for January 2017.

From a very young age, I have been involved in learning and playing musical instruments. The guitar was my first and most favourite instrument, but I also play bass guitar, drums, and piano.

I have been noted by my Teachers and peers as a talented and dedicated musician that can work with diligence and independence. I have a drive to complete all musical work to the highest standard, and am honored to have been a resident musical accompanist - supporting fellow students in their NCEA music assessments, along with many other musical programs within the school and community.

I have an outstanding opportunity to study at a prestigious music college, but realistically I am unable to raise enough money to make this possible. My parents support me 100% with my chosen career, however I understand the difficult situation we face financially.
