Havelock North flood

Louise (single mum of two) moved to Havelock North for a fresh start and a brand new career .

Unfortunately she has become one of the many victims of the terrible Cyclone Gabriella - loosing all her contents and home due to flood damage and silt!

We have been completely amazed by the local community and the support she received in the cleaning up of all the flood damaged items out of the silted up house .

The flood water worked its way through her house over meter deep in parts of the house and covered the floor with 10cm of silt that has destroyed many of her special belongings .

She has received a lot of help from family, friends and the community. Louise is currently waiting on insurance which sadly won't cover everything to restore a new home for her and her beautiful kids Daniel and Olivia.

Any contribution will be gratefully received and much appreciated for her and her kids to be able to get their lives back on track.
