Hayley's quest for the podium

Commonwealth Games 2022

Birmingham bound, Hayley Whiting is competing in the Women’s 87kg weight class at this years Commonwealth games.

Hayley is ranked in the top 5 and is a real contender for the podium. In order to help her chances of realizing this, we are fundraising to support her ability to train full time in the lead up to the event.

What full-time means:

Focus on creating as much opportunity to train and recover adequately in order to enhance the ability to improve.

As she runs her own physiotherapy clinic, she has the flexibility to choose her hours. She averages around 30 clients a week, plus completing necessary paperwork. Our aim is to reduce this. We believe she still needs to work as it supports her own mental down time, but not to this intensity.

Hayley's flights and accommodation to attend the Commonwealth Games is already funded. This Give a Little account is to support her to work less and train more!
