    Firstly I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone for all your kind thoughts, words and donations you all mean the world to me and my family 🥰 but the best bit is, after 4 months of chemotherapy and a large surgery 2 weeks ago I have just received a phone call from the surgeon to say “Congratulations you are now cancer free, we got it all” 😮 I am so relieved and thankful, bring on 2024 🤟🏻🤟🏻- Hayley

  • Last round of chemo

    Mums final round of chemo was yesterday. What a journey it has been but it's still not over yet she still has her surgery and recovery to go yet. Let's just say this year was a kick up the ass but we will try again next year 🤣 we are very grateful that it was able to come and go in such a small amount of time. If it wasn't for all the donations from people the outcome might have been a bit different so thank you everyone who is still donating and everyone who has, it has made such a help in getting treatment.

  • Very good news

    The tumor has shrunk massively and is basically gone. One more month of chemo to go. Big fundraiser at the Te Aroha Grand Tavern, 26th September (info posted on my Facebook page).

    Thank you to everyone who has donated. A lot of the funds have already been used which we are so very grateful. The chemo has kicked the cancers a*s and kicked mums a bit too 😅 she's doing will considering what she's been through and we will see you all on the 26th :)

    Mum is on her 4th round of chemo and the tumor has shrunk by half so far.

    Mum had her first round of chemo on Tuesday.. she's feeling super tired and has lost her appetite.
