Hi guys, thought I would give a quick update to let you know that the holiday break went well and I managed to get out on the boat a bit which was good. Had a couple of beautiful mornings with no winds, and even managed to bump into some dolphins!

Hi guys, 2nd update in a week sorry.. Apparently I had chosen the expiry date of this page as the 1st of September, so the page is technically closed at the moment.. no idea why I did this as theres still plenty of funds needed!

Hey guys, I've got the boat back from Hawkes Bay Trim & Canvas, amazing job done by the team! Taken the boat out and keen to get out of the gym and onto the water as much as possible now that weve got my daylight hours.. Had a bit of a write up in the Gisborne Herald last week..

Hi everyone, thanks so much for your support so far! I thought you all might be interested to know that everything is going well so far with the training and the boat. The boat is currently in the workshop at Hawkes Bay Trim and Canvas getting a bit of canvas put on the top of the boat to keep the water out (thanks James and the team!), and once I get it back I'm keen to adapt a few things to help me go faster and crack on with the training. I'll make a point of keeping the updates a bit more regular (didn't know this function existed!) Below is a photo taken off Napier Harbour a couple of months ago and a link to a video I took on the weekend off Napier. Cheers!
