Heart gifted by an angel
Hoping to help and support a young adult/father raise funds so he can focus on his recover after an heart transplant operation.
Auckland
At 24 years old In October 2019 Pahuia was diagnosed with heart failure. Since his diagnosis Pahuia was in and out of hospital continuously fighting for his life until his condition deteriorated in January 2020.
Pahuia was admitted to Auckland hospital with Kidney failure, resulting in pressure on his heart and his condition now critical. The doctors informed Pahuia and his family that he will be admitted until a heart becomes available.
On the 16th of Feb 2020 an angel gifted their heart to Pahuia whom quickly under went a successful heart transplant operation.
Pahuia is recovering well however, he still has a long journey ahead of him.
The creation of this page is to help ease some of the financial burdens in order to further support Pahuia and his family as he focuses on his recovery journey. All contributions big or small will be greatly appreciated and we'd like to thank everyone in advance for all your love, support and prayers x.

Use of funds
The money raised will be used for financial support due to loss of wages and the family relocating to Auckland to be close to medical facilities.
