Support Chef Jeff in 2021

Hey,

My names Jefferson (Jeff or Jeff The Chef usually),

As a Young Chef with a dream; I'd love to own and run my own food truck or Small wee cafe to start then progress further after more exposure in owning my own business etc. This idea of myself and good friend who i have had the pleasure of working in kitchens with ( David or Dave) thought it would good fun but also rewarding travelling around New Zealand and Farmers markets and create a elegant menu to serve patrons. As like any other project we fall short of cash to reach the potential for this project to see the light of day! Both of us are very passionate about hospitality and real foodies

That's where you come in.

I'm working two jobs to make ends meet, pay my student loan, and save a weeny bit for this project however The food truck dream has had to take a step back. After running some figures and the covid situation, I feel now is the best time to launch.

We have extensive menu knowledge, business plan, ideas and the biggest bubble of passion! The funding is where we fall short; you can help my/our dream come alive. I'd like to purchase a trailer preferably kitted out with commercial equipment and sell my food around my district. Any amount is muchly appreciated !!!
