Help send a Kiwi to the USA for the trip of her lifetime!

In 2019 I had finally saved up enough and booked flights and accommodation for May of 2020 to visit the USA for 1 month to meet all the amazing connections I'd made through podcasting, as well as presenting a panel with my podcast network at a large event.
Then the pandemic stopped everything. I wasn't able to get a refund from the travel agent, nor credit to use at a later date... but more importantly my heart was broken when the dream to meet everyone was dashed.
I would love to be able to finally make it to the USA and visit as many people as possible!
Use of funds
International flights, accommodation, regional travel around the USA
If we don't meet the target it will go towards a trip in the future when I can raise or save the rest!

An extra big thank you to the amazingly generous people who have sent in donations.
There are currently two ways people can support this cause:

Unfortunately, some international friends are having trouble with both Givealittle and the PayPal donation methods! Which is really frustrating.
So I'm looking into alternatives that will be more universal and hopefully not hinder the incredible generosity that has been trying to flow in.
