After being here for a year I have set an amount to go home see my son for Christmas and return back after

I have changed the end date as I am staying till the end of the year now
So after now being with the new team for a couple of months I can say it is definitely refreshing working with English speaking teams.
Just for transparency the funds from this page are used for financial support for myself in country as well as well for financial requirements back home well I'm in ukraine.
As a sniper the work is hard and normally quite thankless so to get some acknowledgement from the defence force was actually quite heartwarming in a weird way.

Just an update: currently preparing for our next combat deployment rotation due to opsec (operational security) I can't say details but but we will be back in the thick off the fight for the next 3 months..
So I am back to active duty, I have recently moved to an English speaking unit, my leg is good the weather is warming up... I'd like to thank everyone for there on going support.
just an update, sorry I haven't posted much, I was held up in hospital after being injured in a mortar attack, I'm back up and about now and back to active duty.
Short rehab time for such an injury … aint no mortar going to hold you back
Rehab was only a few weeks and a few stitches, I'm to stubborn to be out of the fight to long haha
