HELP JAZ ACCESS LIFE-SAVING TREATMENT

Nearly a year ago, Jasmine, a mother of two suffered a crushed throat, diffuse brain injury, a C5/C6 bulge, permanent eyesight damage, and ongoing pain and speech and communication difficulties.

Since then, her life has been turned upside down. She has lost weight, can’t sleep, and cannot physically cook, clean, or lift her toddler. She can’t drive safely due to vision loss and fatigue — she even fell asleep at the wheel while taking her child to a hospital appointment. ACC has refused to cover any travel for her children’s appointments, leaving her with no safe transport options. Her teen has had to step in as a caregiver while she battles ACC and WINZ for proper support.

Despite all this, she is determined to heal and be there for her kids.
