Help Amanda and Blair rebuild their lives

Amanda and Blair, long time locals of the Bayview/Eskdale area have unfortunately been largely affected by cyclone Gabrielle. Amanda and Blair were alerted by their neighbouring landlords at 3-4AM that the eskdale river, only 100M away, was starting to flood their property due to the violent Cyclone Gabrielle. After a life threatening struggle to get out of the rapidly rising waters they managed to climb a nearby hill to wait for help to come. As they waited for help they watched their homes and surrounding land become chewed up by the rising waters and debris that came along with it. They have lost all their personal belongings including irreplaceable items such as family photos, family documents, and many more. Not only have they lost their home and what was inside but are also struggling with the heartbreak and trauma from that night. Amanda and Blair both have physical disabilities and have worked extremely hard to get where they are in life just for it to all be swept away over night.
