Support the Avonside Girls High School Basketball team on their road to Nationals 2026

For the first time ever our basketball team has made it to Nationals, and we need your help to get there!

On Friday 4th September, Avonside Girls' High School basketball team achieved an awesome result, finishing 3rd in the South Island Championships and qualifying for Nationals for the first time in the school's history. This is an incredible achievement for our players, who have worked exceptionally hard throughout the season.

While our players are committed to fundraising, the cost remains challenging for many families. It is going to cost $2000 per person, and with an incredibly short turnaround (3 weeks from qualifying to competing at Nationals) we are seeking support to help get our team there.
