A heartfelt fundraising page dedicated to helping Bec, a resilient solo mum who has given so much to so many.
Canterbury
Hi, I’m Melissa, and I'm reaching out with a heartfelt request. I’ve been friends with Bec for nearly 30 years, and now it’s time for us to support her during a challenging chapter in her life.
Bec is a devoted solo mom who recently separated from a difficult relationship. She’s working hard to provide a safe and loving home for her children, but she needs our help to make it happen. I’m aiming to raise at least $6,000 to cover essential permits and expenses so she can move out of a caravan and into a proper home with a septic tank installed.
The house and land are ready to go, but Bec needs help funding the lawyer required for all of the consents and paperwork etc as well as the contractors necessary to get things like the septic tank sorted.
Bec has always given back to her community, offering unpaid childcare and support to those in need. Despite a few rough years, she remains resilient and focused on creating a brighter future for her children.
Her children are a testament to her nurturing spirit; they love to explore, invent, and dream big. With your support, we can help Bec provide them with something that we know that they will love.
I’m not alone in being the recipient of the support that Bec’s has given so freely and the lives that she has enriched.
I know Bec’s will never ask for help, so I am asking for your help.
Let’s rally together to lighten Bec’s burden and help her and her children’s dreams become a reality. Any contribution you can make will make a significant difference.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to help an incredible mother and her amazing children.
Blessings,
Melissa x
