Help for Bertie for transport for blood tests and doctor visits

Bertie has been diagnosed with Crohn's recently and as he also has food anxiety it's a bit of a struggle right now. I have left my job to care for him full-time, what we didn't realise is the grant is $59 a week which barely covers getting Bertie to hospital for blood tests and appointments.
