This morning 3/12/25 a tornado ripped through the quiet campgrounds of Duddings Lake south of Whanganui. It picked up my dad’s home (his trusty caravan) with him in it and absolutely flattened it. He has lost everything. Dad is ok thankfully just shaken after a very traumatic ride.

Dad is a man who will help anyone at the drop of a hat, but is also stubborn and will never ask for help. We are reaching out for help to get dad into a new place to call home. Any support would be greatly appreciated
