Lenses is an upcoming indie film that explores how our perspectives shape reality—and what happens when they fracture.
Auckland
We all carry lenses: shaped by culture, trauma, hope, and memory.
But sometimes, life distorts our view. Our truths fracture. Our connections blur.
Lenses is a cinematic exploration of how we heal when our perspectives are shattered—and how love helps us see clearly again.
This film isn’t just art. It’s an invitation to reflect, to feel, and to journey toward restoration.
🎬 With your support, we’ll bring this vision to life—capturing stories that matter, scenes that move, and a message that speaks across cultures and communities.
I'm a fellow co-producer of the film Lenses, working alongside Katie to bring this project to life.
We’re fundraising to cover:
- Cinematography and production costs
- Post-production editing and scoring
- Community screenings and outreach
- Operation costs (food, location rent, transport, potential koha to our actors)
If our goal is not met, we will shoot half of the film and then continue to fundraise for the second half or adapt the scenes to cut costs.
