Victoria is following Mommy’s wishes not to be cremated and be buried with her husband back in Cabanatuan, Philippines.
Bay of Plenty
Fe, to her friends but we all call her Mommy. As she was always like a mother to everyone. A source of unwavering love and guidance in New Zealand, our chosen second home. She has passed away and we are all left with the overwhelming responsibility of ensuring she finds her final resting place in the land that holds the echoes of her shared memories with families and friends.
This journey is fraught with financial burdens that we cannot shoulder alone. The costs of repatriating her remains are significant, and we are reaching out to you, dear friends and kind hearts, to help us in this endeavor.
We will bring Mommy from Kawerau, after friends here in NZ say their goodbyes to travel to Pansol, Quezon City, Philippines where her past students and co-teachers will be able to pay their respects. Finally, Mommy will be brought to Cabanatuan for the rest of her family to take her to her final resting place with her husband.
Every donation, no matter how small, is a step towards reuniting Mommy with the soil she once tread, the place she called home. Your support will not only ease the financial burden but also contribute to the emotional healing of our family as we navigate through this difficult time.
Please help bring Mommy home, to give her the peaceful resting place she deserves. Your generosity will forever be etched in our hearts, a beacon of light in our darkest hour.
Thank you for considering, and may your kindness be returned to you in abundance.
Friend of the family.
