At Natureland Wildlife Trust, we are dedicated to continually providing the best possible home for all of our animals
We are launching a campaign to build a modern, open exhibit for our Capuchin Monkeys. This new space will allow these intelligent and energetic animals to express their natural behaviors, enhancing their well-being and delighting our visitors with more engaging and educational experiences.
With the support of several generous businesses, we have already secured a significant portion of the build. However, we still need an additional $25,000 to cover the costs of materials. Your contribution will directly impact the lives of our capuchins, providing them with a spacious, enriching environment where they can thrive.

About us
Natureland is a wildlife park in the top of the south island focused on community and conservation. We have a range of domestic, native and exotic animals and contribute to three successful breed for release programs.
Use of funds
All funds raised will be dedicated to building a new den for the Capuchins. This heated space will provide a comfortable overnight shelter and a safe haven during bad weather. It will enable keepers to do daily health checks, ensuring our Capuchin's well-being.

We are absolutely thrilled to share that we reached our $20,000 goal on Christmas Eve!
Two incredibly generous donations came through at just the right moment and pushed us over the line. We are still a little lost for words.
Because of you, every single person who donated, shared, encouraged, and believed in this project, the Capuchin Den is now fully funded. This means we can complete all the final components, including the internal fit-out, specialist enclosure materials, and plumbing, and move ahead without delay.
