BUILDING PROTOTYPE for people & land well-being
A green apartment building to support our land & community well-being.
Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty
I am working on a Building Prototype.
It stemmed from disappointment when I observed the huge amount of land clearing going on in the construction industry.
I saw developers proud of putting up toxic shoebox houses, when on the same patch of land they could have built nourishing apartments to house many more people, for a lower cost.
First home buyers would have the opportunity to enter the market, & through good design with healthy materials & connection to the natural environment - those living in & visiting will get a boost as if they've been on a wellness retreat on a tropical island.
It is an apartment building. I am not a developer, I am a solo Mum, home & garden designer. I am pulling together the team at the moment & working on concept plans. This fundraising will help me take the next step to get the full consenting plans drawn up, which will include engineering, architecture, services and council fees.
To date I am undertaking this project in kind as I see a need for it in our country, & it is in my blood to take action for our community. I am connecting with others who are working on similar projects in other locations. Soon, this will be the norm.

Use of funds
All funds raised go toward: land, research & development, professional fees, Council Consents, planning, construction, fitting & furnishing, and opening of the Building Prototype to the community. If excess funding occurs, we will repeat the project again.
