Help me take the first step toward healthier urban living in NZ

A new type of housing development to nourish people & land.

Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty

Funds raised will pay for concept plans + feasibility, so the project can move to investor stage.

Phase 1 goal: $10,000 to complete concept plans + feasibility.

WHY?

I saw developers proud of putting up toxic shoebox houses, when on the same patch of land they could have built apartments to house many more people, in a nourishing environment for people & the land.

First home buyers would have the opportunity to enter the market, & through good design with healthy materials & connection to the natural environment - those living in & visiting will get a boost as if they've been on a wellness retreat on a tropical island.

It is an apartment building. I am not a developer, I am a solo Mum, home & garden designer. I am pulling together the team at the moment & working on concept plans. This fundraising will help me take this project out of my visionary mind and into reality with concept plans.

To date I am undertaking this project in kind & introducing funds from my business Bay Property Projects Limited, where I provide home & garden design services for clients throughout New Zealand. By booking a project for your home, you are also helping fund this one.

Use of funds

All funds raised go toward: land, research & development, professional fees, Council Consents, planning, construction, fitting & furnishing, and opening of the Building Prototype to the community. If excess funding occurs, we will repeat the project again.

2% Effective Fee

Building designs need improvement to provide for new Cyberspace technology, autonomous electric taxis replacing privately owned cars, insulation, heat pumps, sunlight in winter, shaded in summer, with 2 metre eves. Water collection and management systems. Waste management systems.
