Two young boys in their 20's Saurin Patel & Anshul Shah both hailed from Ahmedabad in the Indian State of Gujarat lost their lives at Piha Beach, Auckland.

This was very tragic incident and Gujarati Samaj NZ trying to help the families of victims.

Gujarati Samaj New Zealand is a registered incorporated society established on 12th May 2012 and it’s maintained by executive committee elected by the members of the society exclusively for charitable purposes Official Registration number: 2569060.

Use of funds

Your generous donations will be given to Saurin & Anshul's families to address expenses for their funeral services. Funds will be split evenly between the two families. Half the funds will be passed to Ansul's wife and half the funds will be passed to Saurin's best friend.
