This is to help get the funds for Ezmaes surgery

Ezmae is needing surgery for grommets and agnoids. She has been waiting 2 years so far for the public system, things just keep coming up which means Ezmaes learning is suffering and her behavior is getting worse. Ezmae was a premature baby and because of this it has left her particily deaf. This is just one of the surgerys Ezmae will be needing. Ezmae also has perthes disease which is a condition where blood dosnt flow to the femeral head and the bone starts to die off any support will help and will be very much appropriated.

Use of funds

The money will be spent on the surgery for Ezmae, Day stay , Surgical room, Recovery and medical supplies.
