Help for Robyn and Mark after the floods damaged their home and lost most of their possessions.

My parents Robyn and Mark Cubitt were impacted by the recent floods in Swanson. With the contaminated water coming through the whole house, most of their possessions are damaged beyond repair. They are currently living in temporary accommodation and having to take stock of the few remaining items they have. There is no idea yet of when their house will be repaired and what the future looks. While they wait for their insurance to come through any support for my parents would be greatly appreciated.
