Help for Sue pullar
Canterbury
Update: since creating this page Sue has sadly passed away. She lost her fight in the 2nd of July.
As per my latest update, we will be leaving this page up to continue to raise funds for Darryn- Sues beloved husband.
Sue was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma in Oct 2022.
She has been fighting since. She had treatment and was responding well but then treatment stopped being affective and the cancer spread very fast.
A week ago Sue went away for a weekend with her husband Darryn and experienced multiple falls. Upon going to the hospital they discovered the cancer had spread to her brain and she has now lost ability to drive and walk.
Sue has worked for the BNZ for over 20 years and is a ray of sunshine. She is always helping others, never fails to put a smile on your face and looks after the team as a mother hen. When someone has a birthday she bakes for them, at christmas she makes the team a little care pack. She is always there if someone is having issues. And we would like to band together and help her at this time.
Due to her mobility issues we were hoping to raise some funds for sue or Darren as he will need to make some adjustments to the home when he takes her home to care for her.
