Just a few more weeks until competition time! We've all been training hard, topping up our ice baths and doing extra laps in the pool and at the gym.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. Donations will go towards uniforms, travel, accommodation, insurance and entry fees for our national team.
The team includes our much-loved volunteer medical crew – we could not do this without them! Ice swimming is an extreme support and the risks are high. After swimming, we spend up to 45 minutes in a medical tent being cared for by our crew to make sure rewarming happens safely.
