Help the Frozen Ferns get to the World Championships

    Thank you for all your help! The Frozen Ferns have done it! After a tough competition, the team are returning home victorious with many medals, a few world records and 4th overall in the world medal tally.

    What stood out most was New Zealand's team spirit, we really are a country of people who look after each other. Thanks again for all your support of Team Frozen Ferns and for following us on our journey.

  • Goal update

    Thanks to a huge effort, including donations directly to the team account, we're a lot closer to our goal now so we've updated our Give a Little page to reflect this. A massive thank you to everyone who has helped us get this far. We could not do this without your support.

  • Just a few more weeks to go...

    Just a few more weeks until competition time! We've all been training hard, topping up our ice baths and doing extra laps in the pool and at the gym.

    Thanks to a huge effort, we are getting close to our goal (thanks also to those who have donated privately or directly to the team!). Can you help us get there?

    Every donation helps go towards team costs, including medical team costs, uniforms, accommodation, event fees and travel.

  • Two months until competition time!

    A HUGE thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. Donations will go towards uniforms, travel, accommodation, insurance and entry fees for our national team.

    The team includes our much-loved volunteer medical crew – we could not do this without them! Ice swimming is an extreme support and the risks are high. After swimming, we spend up to 45 minutes in a medical tent being cared for by our crew to make sure rewarming happens safely.
