Help Fund Life-Saving Keytruda for Jasmine

Our gorgeous friend Jasmine needs our help. Less than two weeks ago, Jasmine felt a lump in her breast and, within a week, was diagnosed with invasive grade 3 triple-negative breast cancer(the most aggressive form). At only 47 years old with two beautiful young boys, it was a jolt she didn’t see coming and is the news everyone of us dreads receiving.

Jasmine has started her epic journey to beat this beast and is in the hands of an excellent surgeon and oncologist. This week, she will have her port put in, and chemotherapy, along with immunotherapy, will start next week.

Unfortunately, the vital life-saving immunotherapy drug Keytruda is incredibly expensive (well in excess of $100k) and not funded for early-stage breast cancer in NZ. This means the cost must be met privately. The total quickly becomes overwhelming for any family, which is why we are reaching out for help to make sure Jasmine can start this vital treatment without delay.

Those who know Jasmine know that she is an incredibly special person who would give anything to help others. Now is her time to be supported. As you can imagine, it is very difficult for Jasmine to accept this kind of financial help, but it is absolutely the best thing we can do for her right now.
