    Hi!

    I just want to thank everyone who helped and contributed to my trip to world champs. I had an amazing time travelling and playing in Poland.

    We won our first three games, then lost the next few, before ending up playing off for 5th and 6th. Unfortunately we lost that game and ended in 6th place. But, I think that was one of the best performances from an NZ team.

    I played really well and am happy with that.

    Thanks everyone for making a donation! I am so grateful!

    We leave tomorrow for Poland and I can't wait. My training has been great and I think I'm ready, but the hot weather will be hard after leaving the cold in Wellington.

    Thanks again everyone, your help means so much to me! I'll do you all proud!

  • June training and camp update

    Wow! Thanks everyone for your generous donations and the cool messages of support! I really appreciate the help.

    My training is going really well, I'm in the gym three times a week, running most days and working on my hammer!!! Oh yeah, I'm also recovering from a concussion I got playing football a couple of weeks ago, which is a bit annoying.

    We have a camp in Auckland this weekend, which will be good for testing and team tactics. So yeah, I can't wait.
