Help our little speedster get to the BMX World Champs where he can fulfil his dream and take on the best riders from around the world.
Ellerslie, Auckland
Jackson is an 8-year-old kiwi kid who is mad about BMX. He rides out of the East City BMX Club in Auckland and has already racked up a pretty impressive CV in the sport. He currently holds every BMX title available for his age.
In 2023 he achieved the full set of number one titles - South Island 1, North Island 1, New Zealand 1 and Oceania 1 for 8 Boys.
Following on from this success, he has had another amazing start to the year. In January he defended his South Island #1 title in Christchurch. In February he successfully defended his Oceania #1 title in Brisbane, where he took on the top Australian riders in his age group. Then last month he successfully defended the highly sort after New Zealand #1 title in the Hawkes Bay. He has an opportunity to defend his North Island #1 title later this year.
Jackson has qualified to represent New Zealand at the BMX World Champs in the USA in May. We know he has what it takes to go bar-to-bar with the best riders in the world, but we need some help to get him there!
Any contribution, no matter what size, would be gratefully received and will make a huge difference in helping Jackson reach his ultimate goal of riding at the World Champs.
Your support will not only help cover some of the travel and competition costs, but also provide Jackson with the opportunity of a lifetime.
Thank you for considering our cause and if you are in a position to donate, we sincerely appreciate your support - let's make his dream a reality!

The funds will be used to help with flights, accommodation, rental car hire, rider insurance, entry fees and the NZ race uniform - this is in excess of $8,000. Our full budget and costs are available on request.
Not long to go now! 2 May 2024
Hi everyone - firstly we want to say a heartfelt thank you for your generous support. We are extremely grateful and really appreciate it 🥰
Not long to go now which is exciting. Jackson has been training incredibly hard and has definitely put in the hours to ensure he is in the best possible form to take on the world's best! The timing of the recent school holidays has worked out perfectly for his race preparations as he was able to spend on average, about 4-5 hours a day on his bike over the past two weeks.
We have also been travelling to Cambridge every Saturday morning for the past four weeks to attend a worlds training group from 10-12pm. This ramp is similar to the start ramp at Rock Hill so it's been great to get some good gate training in at this track.
We will start easing back on his training from Sunday to let his body and legs freshen up in preparation for race day.
UCI released the official race schedule yesterday - Jackson will race on Monday 13th May from 12pm to 5pm (Tuesday 14th May 4am - 9am NZ time). He has a huge age group with 105 entries, half of these riders coming from either Australia, USA or Canada. This will mean the top 64 riders from the first 3 motos (race rounds) will go through to the final stages.
I have set up a Whatsapp channel where we will post photos and race updates while we are travelling.
